Associate Chiropractor – W2 Position

Peak & Valley Chiropractic is hiring an Associate Chiropractor to join our growing practice inside The Hub, a high-performance, community-driven facility in Scottsdale.
This is a W-2 position operating within an established clinical system and brand. The role is ideal for a provider who wants to grow professionally, contribute to a high-level practice, and develop within a structured environment.
Position Overview:
* Minimum 24 hours/week of patient care
* Required schedule: Wednesday–Friday
* Additional availability (including Saturdays) may be discussed
* Consistent schedule required
Compensation:
* 40% of collected revenue up to $1,650/month
* 50% after threshold
* Guaranteed minimum hourly wage in accordance with Arizona labor laws
* If percentage-based earnings exceed the minimum wage guarantee, the higher amount is paid
* Monthly production-based incentives available
* Biweekly payroll (W-2)
Compensation is based on collected revenue and paid through payroll with applicable taxes withheld. No guarantee of patient volume.
Clinical Environment:
* Treatment room
* Access to gym facility
* Class IV laser
* Radial shockwave therapy
Preferred Training:
* Motion Palpation Institute (MPI)
* McKenzie Method (MDT)
* Clinical Neurodynamics
Responsibilities:
* Deliver patient care aligned with clinic standards
* Manage schedule in JaneApp
* Patient communication and follow-up
* Documentation (completed within 2 weeks)
* Collect payment at time of service
Support & Growth:
* Weekly in-clinic overlap with Dr. Palmer
* Monthly mentorship and case review
* Ongoing access for clinical and operational support
The expectation is not high-volume scheduling, but consistent, well-utilized availability that supports patient continuity and long-term sustainability.

Requirements:
* Active and unrestricted Chiropractic license in Arizona (or ability to obtain prior to start)
* Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance
* Ability to work independently within a structured system
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Commitment to documentation and follow-through
